Once we receive your order we’ll drop it off at our local Australia Post office the next day. We’ll let you know it’s on its way so please allow 5-7 days delivery time from Cairns around Australia. We didn’t go lightly in our search for the right packaging. We searched & tested for over a year to find the right packaging that met strict European Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) criteria. We wanted a tough, stylish, eco responsible packaging that delivers our sauces to you but with the least environmental impact as possible. Our pouch uses less resources & energy to produce vs a glass bottle, is significantly lower in GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions, water use, fossil fuel use vs a glass bottle & is 100% recyclable (including the cap).  

Harry is my 6yr old son. He’s full of beans, goes flat out from sun up till sun down, knows everything about everything & never stops talking…so he’s pretty hardcore. One day when we first started throwing around names for the company, Harry was in his usual mode of flat out & his Mother said “you’re pretty hardcore harry” & we thought “now that’s a catchy name for the business.

We’re kicking off with Big Red first as he was the initial recipe I started on back in mid 2020. Since then I have been working on 3 other products to join our stable. Low - medium heat balanced with maximum flavour & taste. I used to punish my body with hot sauces that had heat equivalent to paint stripper, acid & fresh lava. Those days are gone now so I’ve lowered the heat & increased the flavour & taste so you can taste your food & not melt your face off.

We recommend a cool, dry place as a minimum. Because we use no preservatives or badditives we recommend the fridge to extend shelf life.
