A KITCHEN REVELATION IN BRISBANE
It all began in a Brisbane kitchen in January 2020. As a stay-at-home dad, I found myself without hot sauce and pondered, "Why not make my own?" This thought sparked a journey of culinary discovery and experimentation, not just for me, but also for my young son, Harry.
Crafting the Perfect Heat with Harry
Harry's enthusiasm to taste my creations led to a vital discovery: the sauces were too hot for him. This inspired us to create a unique blend – a hot sauce with a loaded medium heat, perfect for both young and seasoned palates. Our mission was to craft a sauce that enhanced meals with flavour and just the right amount of heat.
